Creating a support request on Makdos is very easy! Follow the steps and get it done in a few minutes.✅
🔸To create a support request from the Makdos page, after logging into your account, click on the 'Customer Panel' button in the upper right corner of the home page and go to your own customer panel.
🔸Click on 'Support' from the options on the left and then 'Information Center'.

🔸Here, click on the 'New Ticket' button on the right.

🔸In the new window that appears, fill out all sections of the form completely and then click the 'Apply' button.

🔸On the page that will appear, you will see that your support request has been submitted. Our unit that will handle your request here will respond to you as soon as possible. You can write additional messages in the space below and easily send them by clicking the 'Send Reply' button.

🔸If you close the chat screen, you can return to the page where your support requests are located and see all your support requests and their status here. When you want to return to the chat, simply click the 'Answer' button on the line where your request is located. Your transaction is complete.
