📊 1. What Is Network Traffic?
Network traffic refers to the amount of data coming into and going out of your virtual server. By monitoring this data, you can track how busy your server is, your bandwidth usage, and whether there is any unusual activity.
🔑 2. Accessing the Network Screen
After logging in to the panel, select your virtual server from the "Products and Services" menu. Click the "Network" tab at the top of the service detail page to reach the traffic monitoring screen.
🔁 3. Inbound and Outbound Traffic
Traffic is shown separately in two directions:
- Inbound: Data reaching your server from outside (visitor requests, incoming files, etc.).
- Outbound: Data sent from your server to the outside (page responses, downloaded files, etc.).
This distinction helps you understand in which direction the traffic is concentrated.
📈 4. Graphs and Time Range Selection
Your traffic data is visualized on a graph. Using the time range options on the screen, you can review your traffic for different periods (for example, the last 24 hours or the last 1 week) and easily see peak hours and the overall traffic trend.
🚨 5. High or Abnormal Traffic
If you notice an unexpected, sudden spike in the graphs, it may indicate not only heavy visitor traffic but also a possible attack (e.g., DDoS). In such a case, check whether the traffic is inbound or outbound, narrow the time range to identify when the increase started, and if necessary contact our support team to review your Firewall / DDoS protection settings.
